General Safety

• No smoking on premises
• No use of alcohol on premises
• No firearms permitted on premises

Prohibited Items

• No Living Thing
• No used tires
• No firearms
• No explosives or fireworks
• No flammables of any kind (gas, diesel, kerosene, oil, paint, etc.)
• No drugs or drug paraphernalia
• No stolen items
• No hazardous items of any kind
• No hazardous waste material of any kind
• No items that produce odors of any kind
• No item deemed inappropriate by the facility manager
• No item detrimental to other tenants or the facility

Prohibited Uses

Our storage facility is for storage only.

• No garage sales
• No playing of any musical instruments
• No working in the unit (working on cars, motorcycles, hobbies, etc)
• No illegal use of any kind
• No use deemed inappropriate by the facility manager
