• No item deemed inappropriate by the facility manager
• No item detrimental to other tenants or the facility

• No playing of any musical instruments
• No working in the unit (working on cars, motorcycles, hobbies, etc)
• No illegal use of any kind
• No use deemed inappropriate by the facility manager
